We are still taking bookings, but we've updated our terms and conditions to reflect the need to keep both our staff and customers safe.

Please see the gov.uk website for guidance. We will be providing items for hire.

We will not be providing an attendant for the duration of the event: instead, the attendant will deliver and set up, then return to their vehicle and remain on standby. If there are any issues, they will re enter the venue to resolve the issue, then return to their vehicle once more. They will be required to wear a face mask and gloves.

Until further notice, we will not be providing dress up props.

All new events booked during the lock-down period will subject to fully transferable reservation fees should Government restrictions be increased/extended and your planned event not be able to take place.
